1. About these terms

This website is operated by Julie St Takeaway trading as Julie St Seafood Takeaway (ABN 75 687 970 476), Shop 4/11 Julie Street, Crestmead QLD 4132, phone 07 3803 0288. These terms apply to your use of the website and to orders you arrange with the shop.

2. Website ordering status

Online checkout and online order submission are not currently active. Building a cart, entering your details, choosing a pickup time or copying an order summary on this website does not send an order to us and does not confirm an order.

An order exists only once you contact the shop by phone on 07 3803 0288 or in person and we confirm it with you directly.

3. Pickup only

Orders are for pickup from Shop 4/11 Julie Street, Crestmead QLD 4132, unless we separately agree otherwise with you.

4. Menu, prices and GST

Prices shown on this website are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Menu items, prices and availability may change from time to time.

If a price or item shown on the website differs from the shop's current price or menu, we will confirm the correct details with you before your order is accepted. Once an order has been accepted, its price will not change unless you agree.

5. Availability and substitutions

Items may be temporarily unavailable or sold out. We will not substitute an item without your agreement. If paid online ordering is introduced later and an item you have paid for cannot be supplied, we will offer an appropriate alternative or a refund for that item.

6. Pickup requests and preparation times

Pickup times shown on this website are requests and estimates only until we confirm them with you. Busy periods, large orders and public holidays may affect preparation time.

Please arrive at the confirmed pickup time so your food is at its best, and call us if you are running late.

7. Customer responsibilities

• provide accurate contact and order details;
• review your order before confirming it with us;
• tell us about any relevant allergies or dietary requirements; and
• follow lawful and reasonable instructions when collecting your order.

8. Allergens and dietary information

Our food is prepared in a commercial takeaway kitchen where seafood, gluten, egg, dairy and other allergens may be handled, and where cross-contact can occur. Shared cooking equipment and fryers may be used.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please speak with us directly before ordering. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from allergens or traces of allergens, and we do not provide medical or dietary advice.

9. Changes, cancellations and no-shows

If you need to change or cancel an order, please call 07 3803 0288 as soon as possible. Whether a change or cancellation is possible depends on whether preparation has already started, and on your rights under applicable consumer law.

Where food has already been prepared, reasonable costs may apply only where this is lawful and has been disclosed to and agreed with you.

10. Payments

This website does not accept online payments. Please confirm the payment methods available directly with the shop. If online payments are introduced later, these terms will be updated before that feature is activated.

11. Consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Where goods or services we supply fail to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under the law.

12. Refunds and complaints

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us promptly on 07 3803 0288 with your order details. We will assess the issue and provide any remedy required by law, and we will try to resolve genuine concerns fairly.

13. Website content and photographs

Website content is provided as general information. We make reasonable efforts to keep menu details accurate and up to date. Photographs are illustrative, and serving size and presentation may vary from the images shown.

14. Intellectual property

The branding, text, graphics, photography and design of this website are owned by or licensed to Julie St Takeaway. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without our permission.

15. Third-party links and maps

This website may include links to, or embed content from, third-party services such as an embedded map. These are provided for your convenience, and those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

16. Acceptable website use

When using this website, please do not:

• use it for any unlawful purpose;
